How does billing work?
Each ad placement is a one-time payment per product, for a month. Pick a month, pay once, and your ad runs for that entire month. No subscriptions, no auto-renewal.
What if the current month is fully booked?
You can book the next available month. The system automatically shows you which months still have open slots so you can plan ahead.
Can I run both ad types at the same time?
Absolutely. You can book a Right Sidebar Ad and Product Center Ad for the same product — or for different products. Stack them for maximum impact.
How do I set up my ad?
Go to Dashboard → Products → select a product → Advertise section. Choose a slot and month, then confirm. Your product details (logo, name, tagline) are used automatically.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Since slots are limited and reserved exclusively for you, we don't offer refunds after booking. You can change which product the ad features by contacting support.
