## What is Domain Rating and why founders check it

Domain Rating (DR) is Ahrefs' logarithmic 0–100 score for how strong a site's backlink profile is compared to others in Ahrefs' index. A dofollow link from DR 70 usually moves rankings more than the same link from DR 10.
