What is Guidance?

Guidance is an ERP-style operations platform built specifically for small and mid-size CPG food and beverage brands. Most brands in this space run their operations on a combination of spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and disconnected inventory tools, often paying consultants to hold it all together.

Guidance replaces that stack. It connects demand forecasting, MRP, purchasing, inventory, production, COGS, lot traceability, and multi-channel fulfillment in one shared data model. When a supplier raises prices, Guidance automatically recalculates every affected BOM, COGS, and margin across all SKUs and channels. When a new order comes in, it checks inventory, flags shortfalls, and surfaces the right replenishment actions without anyone touching a spreadsheet.

Setup happens through a conversational onboarding flow. Guidance asks the right questions about how you make and sell your products, then configures itself to match your operation. No implementation team required.

Currently in early access with design partner brands. Built by CPG operators who couldn't find software that handled all of it.

Best for: Small to mid-sized food and beverage brands.

  • Demand forecasting
  • Inventory management
  • Cost tracking
  • Supplier management
  • Production scheduling

What is Shopeasy?

Shopeasy.ai is an AI-native commerce operating system built around an agentic AI core and a no-code website builder — designed for merchants who don't want to manage a dozen separate apps just to run an online store. Where most ecommerce platforms bolt AI features onto an existing builder, Shopeasy was designed the other way around: an AI agent and a no-code storefront builder working together as the foundation, not layered on top afterward.

At the center is Spark, Shopeasy's agentic AI core. Rather than functioning as a simple chatbot, Spark actively takes action — handling product listings, inventory decisions, customer insights, and growth recommendations as part of normal platform operation, not something merchants switch on separately. Around that agentic core sits a no-code website builder, letting founders launch and customize a fully functional storefront without writing code or hiring a developer.

Key features:

- Spark, an agentic AI core — takes action on listings, inventory, insights, and growth, not just chat

- No-code storefront builder — launch and customize a store without code, via Shopeasy Commerce

- Shopeasy POS — mobile checkout synced with online inventory in real time

- Payeasy — integrated payments across 130+ methods, with built-in settlement and split payouts

- Shipeasy — logistics across 100+ carriers, with multi-warehouse support, tracking, and returns

- Unified dashboard — one source of truth for inventory, customers, and operations across every channel

The result is a platform where the agentic AI and the no-code builder aren't separate features competing for attention among ten other tools — they're the connective layer that makes the entire commerce system run itself, instead of merchants stitching together separate vendors for payments, shipping, inventory, and AI.

Best for: Founders and small teams running an online store who are tired of managing payments, shipping, inventory, and AI through separate, disconnected apps.
