TidyRox

TidyRox is one web app for the freelancer workday: clients book a slot, the work lands on your board, and the hours you track become billable exports. Plan projects on Kanban, Gantt and hierarchy boards with real-time collaboration, and share a read-only board link with clients. Publish a public booking page where clients pick a time you set manually (there is no Google or Outlook calendar sync) and can pay through Stripe when they book. Keep note boards, a My Day planner and habit tracking next to your tasks. AI helpers for natural-language task input, subtasks and chat are included with daily caps on the free plan. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. Pro costs $10/month with a 30-day trial and adds billable time tracking and XLSX/PDF exports. Duo covers two people for $15/month.
