## How to use

1. **Paste URLs or XML** - We accept plain URL lists or <loc> values inside sitemap XML.
2. **Choose split or merge** - Set chunk size and child base URL when splitting.
3. **Copy the XML files** - Download each chunk plus the index draft if you have multiple files.

## Stay under sitemap file limits

Google and Bing document ~50,000 URLs or 50MB per sitemap file. Split before you hit either ceiling.

Name child files consistently (sitemap-1.xml …) and point robots.txt at the index, not every child.

After deploying chunks, validate with the sitemap checker.
