Your directory is getting decent traffic and loads of businesses are contributing listings, but businesses are only getting a nofollow link with little SEO value. I get the need to control spam, but a blanket nofollow policy makes the exchange feel a bit one-sided. If you want genuine businesses to keep contributing, there should be some value coming back too.

Yes it is nofollow but once we have badges we will provide dofollow and without that if I started allowing dofollow then it will dilute authority to listefirm
